Will the rate drop be applied to all my balance or just the additional funds?

If we only gave you a better rate on the new funds, this wouldn’t be much of a promotion, would it? Therefore, once you accept the offer and we approve, the new lower rate will be applied to your existing balance as well as the new funds you borrow from us.

Will my monthly payment to Progressa increase after I take this offer?

Minimal impact to your budget! We understand the importance of managing monthly budgets. When we make the new loan agreements, we try our best to match your new monthly payments to what you are paying us now. In some cases, your new term will be extended by a few months to make your monthly payments affordable.

If you approve my request, are you just going to deposit money into my bank account?

In most cases, just like that! Sometimes we review your credit report and see some bills we would like to help you pay, then our team members will call you to discuss paying those bills instead of funding cash to your account.

Can I just get a rate drop without accepting additional funds?

You can let us know if that is what you want. This request would go through an additional review though. Your account must have been in good standing for at least 3 months, to receive a maximum rate drop of 1%.

What can I expect from a short call?

Nothing to worry about! We will contact you to update some important information, while you can let us know how you would like this loan to be set up this time. Since it’s a new loan, term and payment schedule can be set up to better suit your current needs.

Can I accept a smaller amount than what is indicated in the email?

You can let us know if that is what you want. Our loan officers will be able to match you with your desired loan amount, term, and most preferred payment schedule.
