We Provide Investors With a High Yield Investment While Giving Canadian Borrows Access to Much Needed Credit

Did you know: 47% of Canadians live paycheque to paycheque? Many have no way of financially handling an unforeseeable expense. When tragedy strikes: divorce, a death in the family, or a protracted illness; these otherwise good people have nowhere to turn. These individuals don't fit into the big-five banks' mold for loans.

That's where we step in and where the opportunity exists for you as an investor.

Here's How Your Money is Put to Work

  1. You invest in one of Progressa's fixed income bonds
  2. We lend to qualified Canadians with verifiable employment income
  3. Borrowers repay loans with interest
  4. We pay you a fixed rate of return on your investment

Socially Responsible Lending & Investing

We give Canadians a second chance at credit through consumer loans and financial education.

Our strict underwriting process is technologically advanced and qualifies low-debt load, high job-stability individuals for loans they would otherwise not be eligible to receive from the big five banks.

The fixed income bond offering has been structured to providing investors an opportunity to generate a measurable social impact for credit Canadians challenged while also generating significant a financial return.

Better, Faster, More Discreet

As an online lender we leverage data and technology to more accurately and efficiently originate, underwrite and managing our growing portfolio while reducing the risks and costs traditionally associated with this type of loan.

Loans are protected against job loss, critical illness, death, and disability by mandatory loan protection insurance, resulting in high-value, long-term financial relationships.

This Is Where You Come In

Loans are funded through the sale of fixed income bonds that pay you up to a 12% fixed rate, and are RSP, RESP, and TFSA eligible investments.

As an investor you provide much needed funds that we then loan to reliable borrowers to repair their financial health. Borrowers then pay their loans back and you earn a return like clockwork.

You're In Good Hands

Progressa is the brainchild of a team of experienced individuals who have successfully founded and continue to operate several companies in the alternative finance space.

We have already established a strong track record for our investors, paying out hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest payments to fixed income bond investors since July of 2013.

The Offering Details

Our bonds offer up to 12% in fixed interest income.

Remember however that this is a closed opportunity with a limited investment goal, once the targeted funds have been raised, the offering will be closed.
